A two-day conference hosted by Race, Equity And Leadership (REAL) and NLC’s Constituency Groups

This conference is focused on equity and building local leader skills and knowledge on how to lead equitable communities. It is hosted by NLC’s REAL department and five Constituency Groups.

Over the last year, the coronavirus has exacerbated inequities for Black, Latinx and communities of color. From lack of healthcare access and transportation to the digital divide, local leaders have faced not just the impact of a global health crisis, but a national reckoning on race.

Register to join leaders from across the country committed to building equitable communities and learning what it means to do so.
