When we think of infrastructure, the first things that comes to most minds are roads and bridges. However, there is an extensive list of other infrastructure needs that residents may never physically see.
Now more than ever mayors need to focus on the unseen infrastructure that most time does not net political benefits but are critical to the long-term future of the municipality. The pandemic is continually reshaping our community infrastructure needs from energy, water, and gas. Municipalities must navigate how to fund and communicate effectively to their community about these infrastructure needs.
