Improving life outcomes for boys and men of color
The National League of Cities (NLC) supports cities and local leaders in their efforts to better coordinate community impact for boys and young men of color. This includes minimizing silos and targeting resources to reduce redundancies in program services and strengthen local policies. Through this initiative, local elected leaders learn how to apply an equity lens to help eliminate systemic inequities that harm communities.
