Economic stability is one of the strongest predictors of long-term well-being for young children and families. Cities are at their best when we recognize that our children are our greatest resource. When families with young children have equitable access to opportunities that help them build economic security, it not only lifts the whole economy but guarantees stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities for generations to come.
This webinar explored how local and state governments are working to address and mitigate the current and future impacts of economic stability on populations such as pregnant women, infants, and toddlers in their communities.
This webinar was part of the State and Local Government Prenatal-to-Three Collaboration in Action initiative, conducted in partnership with the National League of Cities, National Association of Counties Research Foundation, National Conference of State Legislatures and the National Collaborative for Infants and Toddlers.
