The National League of Cities has created a 2021 Transition Memo for the incoming Biden-Harris Administration. The memo features a detailed set of local government priorities, tools and shared values to help grow and strengthen the intergovernmental partnership between cities, towns and villages, the White House and federal agencies in the first 100 days of the new Administration.
